I am head of the Lithium Art Design company. We are always looking for artists to join our list of portfolios to show to our many customers. How the company works is customers come to us when they are in need of an artist to do some work for them, We show them the portfolios that match there specific style they want, they pick the artist that best suits their needs and then we inform the artist that his/hers portfolio was picked out. We then explain what the customer wants to be done. We take a 10 percent commission of course for example:$100 x.10=10 which means you get 90 we get 10 .
